What to bring to class:

-Movement clothes. That means dance clothes or workout clothes; what ever you can move and stretch in.

-The room is comfortable but sometimes the floor is cold. You might want to bring a thick pair of socks or dance/ballet shoes if you have them.

-Bring a bottle of water to sip.

Attendance:

-Each class is a crucial building block. It's very important to attend all classes. If you know you are going to miss a class let your instructor know, so they can fill you in.
